I love the snow but it betrayed me.

It covers everything and looks beautiful but it lies. I tried to walk down a rock wall at the beach and fell because it was covered by snow and I didn't realize that it was a rock wall at all until I was on my ass. It hurt my feelings.
I also scraped up my hands. I still love the snow but I will be less trusting.

It really is just like a crawfish. It was so strange when I separated the head from the body to have a fistful of each in my hands. I just held it for awhile, then I ate it until I could eat no more.
