I know it doesn't look like much but for an old fat out of shape broad it's alot okay?

The tree stump was driving me crazy so I decided to put some plants around it.
It now makes me happy.

I discovered these today!

Here is Amy's herb garden. Basil, rosemary, sage and thyme

These Hydrangea were already here but were mowed down at some point. I like to think some sweet old lady planted these so I am keeping them. We have to fence off all plants so that the guy who cuts the grass doesn't mow or weed whack everything down.

Note the faded Mardi Gras decorations. I took them down yesterday cause you just can't still have up the Mardi Gras decorations for Easter.

We want to put in a veg garden space that will be 8'x6'and I don't want to waste good grass so I thought I would dig it up and put it along side the house where the grass isn't growing so well then realized that it isn't growing because there is a brick walkway under about an inch of soil and tree roots. So now i am digging up the bricks (saving them of course) so I can put down the sod that I am someday going to dig up for the veg garden. Then once the grass grows in nice and thick we will probably want to replace the brick walkway on the side of the house.
